High-Precision Manufacturing Services:
Our engineers generally specialise in low-volume production, through high-precision in-house machining and finishing services to the strictest possible tolerances.
We have multiple CNC lathes with multi-axis capability. These rotating machines turn a workpiece around a stationary cutting tool, allowing for the accurate removal of excess material.
Our workshop has a range of CNC milling machines with multi-axis capabilities. The machining process allows for controlled movement of our multi-point rotary cutting tools to remove excess material from a workpiece.
We fabricate a variety of products in multiple materials through a wide array of processes, including; cutting, bending, welding, drilling, and tapping. During the developmental stages of exploring a new product, Our engineers are able to advise on how best to adapt drawings to the real-world manufacturing process.
Croft have the ability to provide in-house precision grinding, for finishing metal parts that require exceptionally precise tolerance levels of up to 0001″. Our high-precision grinding can be applied to cylindrical, surface, internal, and ring grinding processes.
